From a small town garden to a private estate, from a farmland site to a large nature reserve, we offer landscape, ecological and nature conservation services for all.

If you are looking for a garden makeover service, then look no further - from design to completion, we employ a dedicated team of knowledgable staff with both horticultural and ecological backgrounds. Our ethos is to put a little wildlife into everything we do and many of our garden designs employ wildlife features. From laying a patio to laying new turf, from tree work to advising on planting, schemes to create a pond and bog garden - we are here to help.

We also offer native wildflower seeds, bulbs, plugs and plants for sale through our wildflower nursery.

Our ecological services can help with surveying for bats, great crested newts, badgers, otters and other European Protected Species.

For nature reserves, parkland and heritage clients, our conservation services provide management skills from species rich hay meadows to upland moorland, from wetland, woodland and peatbogs right down to coastal sand dunes.

The conservation side of OpenSpace is handled by Mr. Jonny Rook, our conservation specialist, who has over 18 years conservation management experience working on nature reserves and private estates across Britain.

OpenSpace was established in 1998 specifically to combine conservation, landscaping and wildlife management.
